Learning curve women into management

The project worked across Swindon and Wiltshire to provide management NVQ programmes to current and aspiring managers in the voluntary sector. The project achieved its target of recruiting 45 beneficiaries and out of the 45, there was an overachievement against target of 42 beneficiaries achieving and NVQ (target was 35). The project also included provision for childcare.

The project finished in December 04, but a similar project will be run in 05/06, with an increased number of beneficiaries.
