Co-financed by Jobcentre Plus and the Learning and Skills Council, Fair Cities in Birmingham is using ESF to fund a range of measures to that help increase the number of disadvantaged ethnic minority residents who gain employment.

Inspired by Jamie Oliver, Cornwall Foundation of Promise (Fifteen Cornwall's charity) is working with Jobcentre Plus to recruit, train and support disadvantaged young people.

Co-financed by the Learning and Skills Council, this ESF project in Manchester gives women the skills and confidence to enter and develop in driving and transport jobs.

The European Commission have produced a series of short case study films showing the diversity of ESF projects across Member States.
