Launch of further Learning and Skills Council Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for 2008/09

The LSC is inviting expressions of interest for delivery of its learning and skills provision to be tendered in 2008/09. This will include tendering the LSC's remaining ESF allocations under Priority 1 and Priority 2 of its 2007-10 ESF Co-financing Plan. Activity under Priority 1 will be targeted at extending employment opportunities for the unemployed and economically inactive or young people who are not in education employment or training (NEET) or at risk of becoming NEET. Priority 2 will support activities aimed at creating a skilled and adaptable workforce.

The PQQ process is the first stage of a two stage tendering process and providers who are interested in delivering LSC provision (mainstream and ESF) must complete the LSC's on-line PQQ by the closing date of Monday 3rd March at 19.00. Providers who qualified as part of the LSC PQQ process in September 2007 do not need to re-qualify but must complete the Expression of Interest section of the on-line PQQ by the deadline of 3rd March at 19.00.

For full details of how to apply, please refer to the Provider Procurement section of the LSC website.
